I haven't done one before but my friend just had one. She had a bunch of math questions to answer for hers but they were mostly simple. I guess it depends on the type of job you are applying for.
Anyway, congrats on the second interview and good luck!
Thanks MissAsB!
It's an administrative assistant job, but there is a lot of focus on marketing, and a small financial/math focus as well.
I don't think that the assessment will be too indepth so don't worry too much! Just try to go in and give them a great second impression!
I'm not familiar with these types of assessments... but..
GOOD LUCK!!!!!! :)

Ok guys... I had an interview Tuesday AM for a new job, it's with a great nationwide company, and it went REALLY well. Background: I took my current job after a few months of unemployement, but I have no benefits, a REALLY low salary, (which they told me was negotiable after 6 months, and it was- I asked for a raise, I got $500 raise. For the YEAR. UGH.) and I'm afraid the co will shut down. (The co has been in existance 2 years and 4 ppl have left. I'm one of 3 left (the 4th person in my position! One of the FOUNDERS left as well, and is a reference for me.)
The new company I interviewed with called Wednesday and scheduled me for a 2nd Interview today, sort of. It's an assessment, like a quiz, to basically determine if your traits/skills/personality etc are a match for the position. The partner who left my current co said that the assessments are EXPENSIVE and so it's a good sign that I've been asked.
Anyone done an assessment like this? I am a little nervous because I don't know what to expect!
