I know I shouldn’t be, since it’s just for a part time job (which I need badly to help pay for the honeymoon and house and whatnot)… but I feel unprepared.
I showered, I’m at work, I’ve been reading up on the company, but can’t help but feel like it’s going to go horribly wrong! HELP ME please… what do I need to be ready to answer?

You need a positive outlook, some good lip gloss and a can do attitude! They don’t expect you to know everything, they want to see who you are, that you are a hard worker and a good team player whose engaged and interested in what’s going on around her…show them that and the rest is resisting the urge to roll your eyes when they ask you what your three biggest weaknesses are, what your 10 year plan is and how you feel about co-ed bathrooms.

Sounds like you are pretty prepared. Although everyone gets nervous at least POSE to be confident. Hey, you have a leg up on the other interviewees (spelling? LOL)…I BET they did not study up on the company.
Another thing that makes you look good is to ask them questions back and look them in the eyes. It shows you are “confident (although u might not be)” and interested in the company/position.
YOU GOT THIS! : )

On the plus side: I get to leave work early to go to this and will make it home earlier than I usually am (and may even have time to go to the gym)
Regardless of how the interview goes I have a date night tonight with FI (takeout and a movie of my choice after dinner with- HOT COCOA AND THE FIREPLACE 😀 )
So I’m in a good mood. But I feel I wore too much black and grey, I look like someone died 🙁

Let us know how it goes! I had a phone interview on Monday and was so nervous leading up to the phone call that I about had a heart attack! I’m sure it will go great though, I spent a lot of time answering practice interview questions, etc. In my opinion, attitude and personality can be just as important as your job qualifications, so just let “the real you” shine through! Good luck!

It ended up being a group interview and I had to do a French test. It could seriously go either way… fingers crossed!

I GOT A SECOND INTERVIEW (that’s a good sign right? I don’t think we ALL got second interviews) sooooo it’s tomorrow at 4. What is the purpose of second interviews? Are they actually for a reason or more just a formality? HELP 🙂
