Good luck! I hope you get it!
I have an interview at 11 am so I know how you're feeling.
Best of luck! I know how hard it is to find work in a small town (my hometown was a factory city ... and all but one have closed down now).
Just be confident and friendly and you'll be great!!!
@kala_way: How did your interview go?
Mine was super duper quick! Like, 8 minutes! But it was pretty much a see if I look like a hobo, and make sure I can speak well and everything, sort of interview. He hopes to know in a few days!
Unfortunately, it is part time, and 2pm-10pm, but I'll have to take what I can get! We'll see what happens! Thanks ladies, I'll let you know what happens!

I have an interview today at 1! I really, really need this job! Wish me luck!
SO got a job as a band director in a TINY town (great for him! Just out of school!) but the problem is, there are NO jobs here! It used to be a coal town, and when the mines closed, they weren't replaced with anything. The majority of jobs here are through the school system. I am currently in grad school to get an elementary ed degree, and had planned on subbing, but even if I sub EVERY school day (not going to happen) I would make less than $10K a year.
Unfortunately, my marketing and arts administration degrees don't mean much here.
My interview is to work front desk at a (rather fancy!) local hotel. I do have a lot of office and customer service experience! I really hope I get it! And I really hope it isn't all night shift...
Wish me luck!
