It should be Dr. and Mr. bridePapa Last Name (doctors come first!)...
Also, depending on the formality of your invites, I'd leave off the nickname anyway. If you don't want to do that, you can include your last name even though your parents' names are already listed (in fact, you should, since it looks like his parents are also listed at the top of the invitation?), and/or leave off his middle name
As Spaniel suggested, try this if you really want to include the nickname:

Help! I am trying to do wording for invitations but there are some issues. I have no middle name, making the bride's line only one word and the groom goes by a nickname that is not part of his name, but is the name everyone knows him by.
Any suggestions? I think this may look funny, and does not help that my name is only four letters.
