No, I wouldn’t worry about it..i’m sure noone will even realize it! And besides if they don’t know what MD or PA (or wherever you are) means then they are in trouble haha. But in all seriousness unless you are having a black tie affair (which it doesn’t seem like) I wouldn’t worry at all.

If it’s more of a casual invitation, state abbreviation is totally okay! I’m totally a perfectionist too so I understand why you would consider reprinting them…but don’t worry! Nobody will notice and everything will be fine. 🙂

Mine are IN THE MAIL and I DON’T CARE ANYMORE.

If people are so offended by spelling or grammar errors I’d prefer they just not come. I had several people look over them, so it should be alright…but I know myself and I know I missed something!

I wouldn’t worry about something so little its not worth the stress. Plus, how many people will really notice and stop to think that maybe on a wedding invitation you write more formally?

I really get hung up on details too! You do need to let this one go, think of it as practice for learning to relax about the wedding. You are probably one of the few that even noticed (I know this would be little consolation to me) Don’t reprint them!

p.s. I live in Canada and could figure out the abbreviations so I think your guests will know where they are supposed to be.
