How dark is the purple ink? Have you printed one to see if it looks funny? I printed my invites in green and the envelopes in red. It looks fine..
I printed my envelopes in a dark grey...it looked a little less "hard" than black. My colors are purple/grey.
The grey could be nice so it wouldn't be so harsh. Thats a good idea. The purple ink is a plum. I'm just not sure what to do. I am having the return addresses pre-printed and I don't know what color to do the ink.

Hello Ladies,
I have an invitation question. I am doing my invitations in purple ink. My thought is that the addresses on the envelopes should be in black ink because it would be easier to read. My mom is concerned that it might look weird to have the addresses in black and the invitations in purple ink. What are your thoughts. I figure when I do addresses on the computer that it will be easier to match back ink than it would be to match purple. What does everyone think??
