I’d recommend perusing invitation company sites — you can view their samples and get ideas for wording!

We’re including an insert with our save-the-dates that has hotel information. The wording I used was:

We have reserved a block of rooms at the (insert hotel name here) in City, State. To reserve a room at the preferred rate, call XXX.XXX.XXXX by (insert date here) and mention the (Bride Last Name-Groom Last Name) wedding.

In your case, I would say about the hotel where your ceremony/reception is taking place:

There are a limited number of rooms available at the (insert location name here). To reserve a room, call XXX.XXX.XXXX and mention the (Bride Last Name-Groom Last Name) wedding.

Then, I would add in something similar to my wording above, like this:

We have also reserved a block of rooms at the (insert hotel name here) in City, State, located approximately 1 mile from (insert ceremony/reception name here). To reserve a room at the preferred rate, call XXX.XXX.XXXX by (insert date here) and mention the (Bride Last Name-Groom Last Name) wedding.

Hope that helps!

Depending on how much room you have, you could keep it simple and say

We have reserved rooms at the

CLOSEST HOTEL

ADDRESS OF HOTEL

PHONE INFO

please mention the XXX/XXX wedding for a group rate. We ask that you book by XXX to guarentee availability.
