Does anyone have samples of their invitations that they can post?  I want to see examples of font, sizing, spacing, wording, etc.  Can you clarify which fonts/sizes you used?

Here's my invitations. They were designed by my FSIL. The serif font is Centabel Book and the swishy font is Freebooter Script. Not sure what the font sizes are, but the invitation itself is just shy of 5x7 in size (the pocketfold on which it's mounted is 5x7, so the invitation is a bit smaller than that).

Here is a mock up of mine.  In the main section I used Trajan Pro (size 10, small caps) and Burgues Script (size 20).

Keep in mind that if a font is proprietary, you should be paying for it and downloading it yourself.  Thanks!

This is the invite set I designed. I am using akaDora as the script font and Arno Pro as the serif font.

I can't imagine how much work goes into creating such a beautiful font.  Sorry, I won't be emailing it out.  You can buy it here.

the font shouldnt be shared if it was paid for.  I didnt pay for Sloop, its just really difficut to find, so I have no proble sharing it.

Sloop isn't a free font, it's a licensed commercial typeface from Font Bureau. "Sharing" it - and obtaining it via a "free" download - is piracy, and it's illegal.

Seriously some people act like there's a stick up there butt hole. If I have a font and you need it for your wedding or whatever, I have no problem sharing it. If I BOUGHT it, ITS MINE and I can share it with whomever I chose. It's not illegal to do that. Some people are so damn uptight and selfish.  I get that you bought it, great for you. Blah.
