This has been discussed many times. Put your actual start time down. You don't want to offend your guests that arrive on time (or early) by making them wait for your late guests. Your late guests are the ones being rude - don't punish your prompt guests for their rude behavior.
I always arrive 15-20 mins before the wedding starts. If I had to wait an additional 15-30 mins. because you put down an earlier start time, I'd be peeved.
I agree. Put down the actual start time so people who arrive early aren't sitting around waiting for an hour because they were courteous enough to arrive on time.
@milesbella: Exactly!
Put down the real time. Just don't wait for late comers. Start at the start time.

What time did everyone put on their invitations? We are planning to start our ceremony at 5:15, or fairly close to that. We are jewish so we have to wait for after sundown to start, but sundown is early in Novemeber. So anyway, do we put 5pm on our invite as the start time, or earlier to ensure no one walks in late?
