Hi fellow bees,
I am trying to use Adobe’s InDesign free trial to make my invitations. I am asking for advice about how to put the wording together. We are having a laid-back clambake wedding with a covered pavilion that is open to the air (no walls, windows or doors). Because of this I really want to let people know to dress weather appropriate. How can I word this in an invitation?

@Sassafraskate: That information would be better on an insert card and not on the actual invitation, I think…

I agree that the dress information should be on a separate insert card and you should also word it as a suggestion, not a requirement or demand. Something like,
Please be advised that our reception will be outdoors. Normal temperatures in the evening at this time of year range from ___ – ___. Please dress accordingly for your comfort.
