    Honestly is always the most polite.  If you are hosting your own party, then I think you should list yourselves as host.

    Do you have to say the “Given by” portion? I think that if you just have your names on it, then it is assumed that you are the ones hosting… Or just say “Person A and Person B invite you to celebrate…”

    Though, now that I am rereading your post it seems like you bought pre printed invites. So everything I just said is null. I would go with yourselves.

    If you have to list the hosts, you should list yourselves.  I agree with @MissCT:  though, if you can, omit it!

    If you and your guests aren’t particularly formal, you could fill them out as:

    Given By:      The Happy Couple    

    If the invitations are not pre-printed, it might be easier/less awkward for you to not include that line though.
