Finalized our order today! Should have them by Feb 28th! Luckily I have done the annoying part of addresses already- got our invites from minted, and they do free address printing, YAY!

We got ours in a couple of weeks ago!  Still looking for the right envelopes – I wanted pink ones instead of the plain white!  But we have all our addresses, stamps, etc.  Just waiting on those evelopes and our return address stamp – I ordered one of these from Etsy so I didn’t have to address all the response card envelopes!

But they came out beautifully.  I really wished the background was a different color until I decided to go for the pink envelopes – gave it just the amount of pink I was looking for!

Ours were custom designed through an invitation designer in our area.  They are all designed and ready for printing.  Im just procrastinating on paying them off because I will want to address them all in one day and with nursing school I dont have time for that until spring break in 3.5 weeks!!

Just bought all of our invites from Michael’s, I lovee them! I’ve printed about 90 of our 180 invites, RSVP cards, and return envelopes. I need to finish printing the rest and make reception cards to stick in the pocketfolds and print the guests names and addresses on the outer envelope. I’m only home one or two weekends a month so I really only have one or two days to get all of them done! Hopefully it’ll be done and ready by early or mid March!

I hand-painted the cherry blossoms, then wrote on MS Word but will have to add the fancy fonts on Inkscape instead for easier printing. I feel like I’m behind! (I changed the Chinese words on top since)

Then, I can mass-print the postcards myself on champagne paper. I have a lot of work ahead yet!

You ladies are on top of things!

@livelaughlove628:  eek, were sending our’s out tomorrow, but only for the out of town guests 🙂 I’m just so excited and can’t believe it’s happening.

oh ours were from mixbook, got a pretty nice deal. But if we did it again, I’d go with minted or wedding paper divas!

@livelaughlove628:  I ordered mine the end of last November and they came the beginning of December. We got a fabulous deal from Annsbridalbargains.com I had these invites picked out for quite a while, but didn’t want to order them too soon. We will be sending them out the middle of April.

I can’t believe it’s less than 5 months away! I feel like just yesterday I was saying we have 2 years until the big day. It felt like it was taking forever until the 1 year mark came and it has just been flying by ever since. I’m soooo excited!

@ToTheRiot:  Yours look awesome! I love the gold!

I designed the invites/RSVPs myself (perks of being a graphic design major) so they’re all set- next step is choosing the paper and printing. But all the envelopes are addressed and ready to go!
