Are you using the vellum so you can write who's invited? That's the only reason we're including one, so we can specifically write everyone's names on it. Otherwise, I'd just skip it.
P.S. Very pretty invites! I like your color scheme too.
Honestly, there's no real reason to have the inner envelopes or even vellum. I know it's the traditional, etiquette correct thing to do...but your invites won't really get injured in the mail too much and it's just a waste of paper in my view. My guess is though if you're set on having it that a place like Michael's would have what you're looking for!
Very pretty! I'm sure the light green looks just as pretty as the blue does on the one posted on the site.
We didn't do -- and don't regret eliminating -- inner envelopes!

Hi ladies!
Now that I'm at my six week point, well, the questions just keep on coming.
Anyway, our invitations finally came in and they look beautiful. Here's a link...

These invites were love at first sight for me...we're having a vineyard wedding so these look like little grapes!
I changed the colors only slightly because our colors are orange and green and brown anyway...so instead of the blue accents our accents are green.
But I never knew this whole thing about "inner envelopes", etc. So my invitation does not have an inner envelope, and while it's too late for that, I was thinking of inserting some vellum or tissue around it to protect it?
Does anyone have any ideas where I could find something? The invitation is actually in a regular business sized envelope -- 4" x 9".
Thanks!
