Invitations I Cant Pick between.. can they be combined?

Just looking for some advice/opinions I am in love with 2 totally differnt invitations.. do you think if i combine them, text on one side picture on the other it will work? Or look totally unco?

I love love love the rifle designs invitations but they are way way too expensive.. so that is kinda the look i am aiming for, what do you think?

If I'm understanding you right...you could have a 5x7 horizontal invite w/ the cute couple on one side, have the banner in the middle or above you text on the opposite side and then do what ever quirky font you want? I really like the second one - its something I have never seen before but thats just my taste. Hope I helped a little.

I personally think they're too different to be combined. The one you pick should be dependent on the formality/location of your wedding and venue. The first is obviously more formal; the second, very casual. Both very nice--I happen to love the first one!

I like the first one. I agree the second one wouldn't really go with the first. Could you do the second one as a save the date? Or for some other paper product? Menus? Programs? Guestbook?

I think the styles are a little too different. What is it you like about each of them? Could those single elements be combined? The script is a little too formal for the image, but the handwriting font could be done on a diagonal.
