Weddingbee boards

We're including the invite, rsvp postcard, hotel/map card, and a timeline that goes from us meeting on vacation through the date of the wedding.  We have a website with all that information, but I have quite a few older relatives who don't do the computer/internet thing and I don't want to exclude them or rely on word of mouth.

Well be sending Accommodation info out with our STD's as there's quite a lot going on in town around the time of our wedding and guests will need to book early if they want to stay somewhere here!

I'll include a little card asking for people's fav dancing songs (for our playlist!), a card that reminds ladies to bring a pair of flats (outdoor ceremony/dancing feet!) and perhaps a little thing in there that invites people to consider donating to our travel registry for our honeymoon. Oooh and a map! Somehow I'll have to present all of this in a pretty way and in a way that will be able to be kept all together - nothing worse than loosing the map! I'll probably just ask people to RSVP to us via text message or email.
