Okay I printed up the "Offical Mock Invite of the Sweeney/Grundman Wedding" today
It’s so great, though the edges are not straight due to the crappy cutter I have at home. I’m planning to use a stack cutter for the real deal, which I will borrow from my step-dads office next week.
2 things before you look:
1 – Stop looking at the carpet….I have to vacuum!
2 – What (if anything) would you put on the bottom of the invite when open, the black pocket part. It looks…..empty.
THANK YOU to whoever thought of the idea to line up the flourish on the insert cards I LOVE YOU! MUWAH!
Invite closed, as it will come out of the envelope (which is the same pink stardream as the layering pieces)
Invite when open (see the emptiness on the bottom??)
And with the inserts out
SOrry for the glare, it’s shiney paper 🙂 And you can’t see it very well but there is pink in there…lol I swear!!!!
Okay for the materials in case anyone needs to know:
Crystal Stardream Paper from Paper Depot Inc, a place in Minneapolis I would have driven to to pick up the paper, BUT with the 35 Bridge still being down it makes getting in and out a pain from where I am. They ship SUPER fast!
I got the Cruystal paper from them because all the other places that offer Stardream only offer the 2 more champainge and cream versions and I needed a bright white.
Rose Quarts Stardream Paper and Envelopes I got from Envelope Mall, by far the cheapest place to buy Star Dream products – trust me I looked everywhere!
All the paper is 8.5×11 and the envelopes are 6.5 x 6.5 and the "4 Bar" size for the RSVP which you can just see peeking out in the front spot on the open invite picture.
