i know that martha stewart invitations are printed through Crane. So that is definitely one of the Crane fonts, not sure of the specifics though.

I believe the non-script fonts are variations of Mrs. Eaves, although it's hard to see the smallest type.
i don't think the smallest type is mrs. eaves. it looks like a sans serif. it seems similar to gotham, but not exactly gotham.
