@beachchic105:  that’s really annoying.  I hate it when vendors go MIA.  My Etsy invitation person did this to me for about a month!  I sent her about 10 different “just checking in!” emails, each growing increasingly concerned.  I finally sent her a “if i don’t hear back, I’m going to be forced to open a case” email and BAM 20 minutes later I got a reply.  It’s unsettling to have a potentially bad relationship with a vendor – but it’s business! You paid for something and deserve to get it in a timely manner! It’s been a while since you’ve posted- any updates?

Ok brides may I suggest going to your local print shop or finding a local graphic designer to avoid these types of incidents? Ps if you go to a print shop, they’ll have everything you need there! Pms swatch book, paper, and will even show you samples of their work! I used to work for one and can tell you that it’s much easier working with someone that you can meet in person than over the internet- plus you can ask them to print out color proofs right there and tweak the colors to your liking. Not so much with an online boutique. 

If you’re worried about cost, trust me it’s the same pricing or better as etsy (if you go digital that is)

@beachchic105:  i mean, for etsy sellers, their reviews are their livelihood. if she keeps putting you through this, just give her a poor review. its all you can do. :/

sounds like she puts most of her customers through this.
