Hi all – Just wondering about your various experiences with wedding invites…Because we are using a website and app to gather guest replies and give all the info and maps, we only plan to include the actual invitation in the envelope. It looks pretty easy to buy online…interested to know if anyone would recommend one way over the other and why. Thanks!

I ordered from Zazzle, 50 invites for about $177. They came to our house within a week (printed in one day, shipped about 5 days). They are beautiful and on great paper!! Fiance and I were very very happy. We did just the invite and envelope, no RSVP/reception cards. Highly recommend Zazzle

I ordered from Ann’s Bridal Bargains. $165 for 125 invites, which includes a paper upgrade and inner envelopes. The designs are more standard, but we weren’t looking for frills. Just something that gave our guests the info they needed!

@Toronto2014: We used vistaprint.ca as well. Ordered them last night. 100 invites (one page) with envelopes, 100 matching thank you cards with envelopes, 140 return address labels (both our names), 140 return address labels with the same last name, 100 thank you cards (suitable for bridal showers, etc.) with envelopes and 140 return address labels to match with just my name on them, shipping and taxes cost us $229.
I can’t wait to see them. They won’t be here for a while, we chose the slow, free shipping option. There was a sale on yesterday, plus an additional 15% off, plus free shipping on orders over $50.
And the invites, thank yous and 2 sets of return address labels all echo our website. 🙂
It was fast and easy to use/customize. I don’t know how the print quality will be, we’ll see.

I used Wedding Paper Divas and was really pleased. My friend used WPD for her wedding and honestly, hers is the ONLY invitation I’ve ever kept because it was just so beautiful.
You can order samples to get an idea of the quality and paper weight–mine were free with a coupon code. I also just had the invitation and envelope–very simple and easy!

I ended up going with a local graphic designer. I’m paying ~$300 for invites (175), rsvps, reception information card, and programs.
