So I noticed that when I did the update, it linked with my iTunes account and all my music is on my phone…but it’s all grayed out. When I choose a song, a little thing comes up and asks if I want to download to cellular and that additional charges may apply. I bought the songs odd of iTunes. Will it charge me again?
I Took a screenshot To explain my issue. Anyone know if I’ll get charged if I ‘download’ my already purchased and paid for songs??

The little cloud icon they each have is showing that it wants to download the song’s off the cloud. It’s not saying you’ll get charged again but that it needs to use data to download and data fee’s may apply (like if you aren’t on a wifi connection or don’t have a large enough data plan etc). I don’t know why it’s asking you to download again though if you already have.

No. Those look to me like you need to download them off the cloud. It says you might incur charges because if you use cellular data, most carriers (except Sprint) do not have unlimited data.
If you connect to WiFi & download them from the cloud, you should be good.

Thanks. I dont know much about my iPhone! I’ll download a few and see if I get any charges. Weird though huh?

Just make sure you are connected to WiFi and you wont be charged any fees for using going over a data plan.

It’s not weird. Depending on where you originally purchased those songs. If it wasn’t on your iPhone then they store to the cloud.
