I’m looking for cute, pretty, and sturdy iPad and Kindle Covers. I’ve found a few options out there, but nothing seems just right.
I LOVE the Michael Kors iPad case, but I don’t know if I can justify $130 on a case! I mean seriously, how cute is this: http://store.apple.com/us/product/H3542ZM/A?afid=p210|frgl&cid=AOS-US-SHOP-Froogle
For the Kindle I really love the Kate Spade cases, but again – $85 for a case?!
Anyone have any suggestions?! Thanks!

Okay I can’t help but upload the pictures, there are just too cute
Anyone have any suggestions for cases/covers that are similar to these? I like the idea of a case you can open up? As opposed to just a sleeve or a skin.

Saw a link to this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003FWBYV4/ref=nosim/?tag=fatwalletcom&linkCode=as1
Black leather, and for a buck (plus shipping), you can’t beat the price!

I’ve had the ipad since it first came out and have used several covers. I would def get one that you can use it in the case. I like mine because you can open it like a book or display it like a picture frame. It also has a somewhat hard shell. I recently broke the glass on mine 🙁 so keeping it safe is a must!

Did you try ebay? That’s where I got my kindle cover, it’s a cool pink, but just a plain solid. Paid $17 for it.

For Christmas I got a Kindle with this case in green. It’s a sturdy, leather case, that’s made well (by Amazon). It has a built in light that works awesome! Some reviews say the light does not cover the entire screen, but I have no problem reading in total darkness while my BF is sleeping. The case opens like a book, and the light runs off of the Kindle so you don’t have to worry about buying/changing batteries. I love it!
