I will give a little background on how we came to work with Irene. I found her on the world wide web. 
I like the questions Gerbera asked. Especially the one about her profession.
What programs does she use?
Does she read WeddingBee?
What are some of her favorite Generations she's created?
If it was up to her, what theme would she choose as the next Bee Generation?
I've seen her a few times on the boards.
I'd love to know what her design process is : where she finds inspiration , does she sketch digitally or on paper first, how long does it take to complete a generation of illustrations. Also what her portfolio consists of.. just illustrations or other genres of art & design.
I'd love to see a progression of her ideas. Did you update any of the older generations or are the ones on here the same from the beginning?
How much say does she have in the design of the icons? do you (Mrs. Bee) give her your visions and she works with those or does she have more control?
If she is engaged/married di she use weddingbee in/during her planning process?
I love all the other questions as well.
