Hi Girls!

I'm new to this and would love to see if any Irish Bee's on here are thinking of tackling all the super DIY projects the brides in the States are doing?!

I'm going to DIY Letterpress my invites, buy my wedding dress online from prelovedweddingdresses.com, bedazzle my shoes to make them look like fab louboutins and hopefully so much more!

Anybody else?

I'm an "imported" bride from the States so YES!

We're...

-making our own wedding cake, icing, and sugar candy toppings!
-DIYing all the reception hall decor (just made a huge post on what we're doing in themes!)
-getting used/vintage dresses/suits (got my wedding dress for £50!!!)
-making our own floral arrangements with silk flowers

And probably a few more things I'm forgetting!

My mom is doing my cake (real top layer and fake bottom layers, all iced and decorated with sugar flowers to look the real deal) and my invites. I get a candy buffet with my package but am gonna glitz it up a bit and want to make my own bags for it. My FI is American and so I was thinking of doing an American and Irish candy theme!

So far, that's it!
