I really like it because I really like claddagh rings, and the meaning/saying behind them.

From the time we met, me & fi have had dozens of matching clauddaghs.

I love the ring in the picture!  I’ve always liked the symbolism of claddaghs too.  I have one which I wear as a RHR occasionally.

@chica95110:  I’ll be honest… I have no idea what a claddagh is or means. So… I have no opinion one way or the other lol.

If you love it, that’s all that matters.  Would you consider it as your wedding ring or a RHR?

My cousin has a very similar ring. I love how the diamonds form the heart. I think it’s a pretty Claddagh. I am partial to yellow gold myself, though. 🙂

Adding just a thought … if you aren’t sure if you want it for your wedding ring, why not have it at your wedding ceremony and have it blessed?  You could switch out between the ring you have and the claddagh and/or just have your FI put it on your right hand.

I’m not Irish, but for some reason I have also loved claddagh rings and always secrectly hoped I would get one from someone.  I never asked my dh because I knew he wouldn’t like it….so, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t buy me one.

Before we got engaged I had a dream that he proposed and it was with a plain yellow gold claddagh ring…it was beautiful!! I woke up excited…even though I knew he probably didn’t get me that kind of engagment ring. Sure enough, a couple days later her proposed, but not with a claddagh ring. Ever since then I have really wanted one.

This one is beautiful!! the price is good too!

    LOVE it, GORGEOUS Ring.

I am not Irish, but I like the symbolism for a Wedding Ring (Love – Loyalty – and Friendship)

I saw one similar a while ago on-line too… but I think it also had some “green” in the mix with Emeralds.
