Fiance is half Irish so we celebrate it every year. We actually have brisket curing since this weekend for homemade corned beef and cabbage. Him and his brother take a 1/2 day off every year and it’s Guinness all day long. I’m not a green beer fan. Guinness in this house!

I was going to bake a Chocolate Guinness Cake that a full blood Irish (as in grew up & living in Ireland!) friend shared with me. Too tired. πŸ™

Yum that all sounds so good!  I’m home alone all day tomorrow so I’m not going to do anything for St. Patty’s.

Those deserts sound yummy!  Bet they would go great with some corn beef and cabbage.

I’m planning on making Irish Creme cupcakes (just the flavoring, no alcohol) and corned beef and cabbage (unless Future Sister-In-Law makes some) and some kind of potatoe dish and possibly irish creme meringues filled with peanut butter/irish creme mixture. I think that’s all I have planned atm.
