Hi everyone, need opinions please..
I sent my ring in to my jeweler to have the little bumps put in the band (ring was spinning even though it was the correct size) when I dropped my ring off the lady told me it would take a couple weeks for it to be done. That seemed long to me, but when my dh bought the ring he paid for the lifetime warranty which covers repairs, sizing etc..that’s why I left it with them or otherwise I would have want to another place that was quicker.
It will be 2 weeks tomorrow that I brought it in and I’m not patient when it comes to this stuff…I want my ring! LOL
I decided to give them a call just to check status and to see if they could let me know when my ring would be back. Well, after being on the phone for a couple minutes with them (they were having a hard time finding me in the system) they called the jeweler and were told that my ring was at the jewelers bench, but they would have to call back on the 31st to find out when it was going to ship….WHAT?? So, I’m just irritated right now and frustrated..why couldn’t they tell them now when it was going to ship? So…I have no idea when my ring is going to be back when I was orginally told 2 weeks….UGH. thanks for letting me vent. Blah, not happy right now
