I had two pastors!  My Dad is a pastor and really wanted to do the ceremony.  But, I wanted to have another pastor involved so that my Dad could still fill the role of father and walk me down the aisle.  So, I asked the pastor of my old church to participate as well.  Pastor #1 did the call to worship and statement of intent, etc.  We had the hymn and during the hymn my dad came up and then did a short sermon and our vows.  It worked out well.

I think it would be fine if you transition it the right way. Or even have the senior pastor do the  majority of the ceremony and invite the youth pastor to come up for the readings and/or sermon.

My cousin had two officiants at her wedding. One was his close friend and one was hers. They divided up the different parts so it wasn’t awkward. It was actually nice to hear their experience of meeting the other.
