If you have to feed them, then I would consider them a guest.

It’s a guest.  You have to pay for the child’s “plate”.

I think anyone who actually needs a seat is considered a guest.  Newborns wouldn’t qualify, but I personally would not want to hold a squirming 2 year old on my lap throughout dinner!

It depends what you mean..if you’re asking if a 2 year old costs the same as an adult, at most places children under 12 are discounted. As for whether they need their own seat, I would say most likely.

it depends on your venue…

he isn’t charging us for children under 5 because we are ordering pizza for them. But he is charging us for 5 years old and up
