Hello bees I need help! I am having such a dilemma with what to do for the aisle runner. The wedding colors are red, black, and white. My church has really red carpet. I have red pew bows with white tulle draped between them. I really like the look of the aisle runner with the rose petals all along the edge. Do I go with the black aisle runner and then do white petals along the edge or go with the traditional white runner and risk the red rose petals blending in with the carpet… so many choices!!

Black is my favorite color… I even have a black stone in my e-ring!
Black isn’t morbid if it isn’t used in a morbid way.

I personally really like the look of white on black. I think it looks very elegant, definitely not morbid.

I think it will look really good, especially with the red carpet and white petals!!!!

Black would be awesome! Your white dress would really pop against it. I say go for it!

Go for it. It sounds like it’ll look really good.

In Western culture, black usually signifies mourning. In other cultures, it does not. In any case, I would go with a red or white aisle runner, but go with what you feel most comfortable.

I think it will look good, ignore one of the votes for ‘no. it will look okay’, I voted for the wrong option.
