I’m all about sweet, fruity drinks. I was watching Bar Rescue the other night, and the mixologiest the guy brought in put a drink on their menu called a Berries & Cream. I know the ingredients, but have no idea of the proportions. If someone could help me out so I have a place to get started in experimenting to make the drink, I’d really appreciate it.
It had Stoli Whipped Cream vodka, Stoli Strawberry vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice.

@strawbabies: I know a berries and cream recipe that calls for 1.5 ounce of either a berry flavored vodka or rum. 3 oz of strawberry daquiri and 2 oz of heavy cream mixed in a blender with ice garnished with berries.
But that sounds nothing like what you describe…

sounds like it’s a custom drink because the usual (as in Google says) drink involves rum, strawberry daiquiri mix, heavy cream and crushed ice..

Was it a tall drink? I can’t imagine it would have more than 2 or 3 shots of liquor, so try that, half whipped, half strawberry. I also can’t imagine it would have more than a shot (1.5oz/3tbs) of lemon juice. Try 2tbs to start. Then add simple syrup to taste. I’ve never heard of the drink, but this is the logic I’d use to try making it.
