:) what about a pizza? I know lots of pizza places will take orders for way ahead... you could throw in some drinks and wings and make it a boys night!
it would be for the wedding night, well actually were staying in the hotel 2 nights, so probably the second night.. wedding is on saturday we are leaving for honeymoon on monday
Oops totally misread that! is there anyone in your family you could have deliver the basket to the desk and make sure they get it to you? Seems like it would be the easiest way!
I would think you could just coordinate this delivery with the hotel.
i agree with the let the hotel know and they will take care of it for you. on the other hand are you having a wedding coordinator? she may be able to deliver it for you as well.
Agree about checking with the hotel. If you'd like to have something waiting for you in the hotel room after the wedding, they could help coordinate that, even if your FI is the last person in the room. I've left a gift in the room where my friends were staying after their wedding, while they were away getting ready for the ceremony. You could just let the front desk know that someone will be bringing something to be left in there, and ask friend or family member to go and be let in, or else you could just leave it at the front desk and ask them to put it in there after a time that you know your FI will be gone.
I am having his mother give him my gift the morning of. I like the idea him getting a little message from me as he is getting ready.
I also immediately thought of the hotel desk. Ask your dad, brother or friend to drop it off at the hotel (wrapped, in case it's something you don't want them to see) with instructions for when to have it delivered. Maybe you could call down for room service and it could come with that?

I got a gift for my FI already but I was just wondering if anyone was trying to coordinate a delivery of something, whether it be food or a basket or something, to the hotel the night of or day after the wedding as a surpise?
If you are please give me details of what your sending, and if you have I'd like to know how it went and if people were cooperative with timing
