This is horrifying. I can't stop watching. She looks like a robot or something. I'm not against plastic surgery at all, but she doesn't even look like herself!
Her and Spencer are gross. I refuse to watch anything they are on or buy any magazine they are on the cover of. I too am not against plastic surgery but people become obsessed. Sad.
She's just ridiculous, and obviously as some deep-seeded issues.
What scares me the most of her age. Chick's 23 years old and she's already a completely different person. I don't get it.
I'm all about using plastic surgery to correct things like a giant nose (I have one, but have come to terms with it), moles, etc. but to completely change your entire physical appearance is just ... weird.
Sounds like someone's handlers haven't done a good job preparing her for Hollywood. This has self-esteem damage written all over it, in a very serious way.

I cannot believe she did that to herself. I saw the cover of people when I was standing in line at the store the other day. There was nothing wrong with the way she looked before! I don't care for her or her crazy husband, but as far as her appearance, she looked ok to me.
I have to say that I had rhinoplasty so I am not against plastic surgery per se...but really...this is bad.
It makes me sad. I think you probably have to be pretty lonely to do that sort of thing to yourself in the name of love or attention.
Oh man. She's so demented. She looks sooo different and way worse that she used to. I can't believe that her doctor would do this.
I wonder how much of this was a ploy to get in the media. Think about this fall when she was on talk shows saying she wanted to "trick" Spencer into having a baby.
Her voice really creeps me out - she sounds like a robot. And I hate when she talks about this being spritual and about God. Not that I'm religious, but that just seems so wrong.
She's sooo weirdddd and creepy now. I use to love her before all her crazy surgeries. She was fine with her boob job and nose job, but now she's looking almost like that other plastic surgery addict The Barbie. I don't know if anyone has seen her she wants to look just like a bleach blonde blue eyed babrie. Heidi is started to look just like this woman. So sad.
she is so delusional. She thinks she is a starlet and is going to be a huge pop star. Its really sad that a beautiful 23 year old is having back muscle and bone removed to be more "perfect". Sadder that doctors will help her do this!
Also not against plastic surgery but this is just ridiculous!
Well beyond this picture, I find absolutely nothing redeeming or attractive about this person.
Hmm, anyone think it's convenient timing that she has a record coming out at the exact same time as this whole surgery reveal thing? It's the grossest/scariest publicity stunt ever.
She wanted to have a cruvy figure umm hellooo I think she could have picked up a cheeseburger worked out and had a rocking body, which she already had anyhow.
I really think that she and Stephanie Pratt look less and less like humans since getting surgery.
I think she has body dysmorphia, and I think she's very, VERY easily influenced by that sleazebag husband of hers. It makes me sad. :(
I think its really sad that someone would go to such lengths to obtain any measure (no matter how small or fleeting) of “fame”.
From the little I know of her, I don’t think she has any redeeming qualities, but that’s also the image she has built for herself, which is sad too.
It's really sad. I almost feel bad for her...she clearly has some issues.

Her first plastic surgery was a very "hollywood" thing. She still looked like herself, but some things I can understand her not liking (fatter nose, small chest) were "fixed." That's fine - good for you.
But NOW? I seriously care barely see "Heidi" in her!

She does definitely have some sort of mental illness ... what makes this even sadder is that the doctor was willing to do this to her AND go on TV to defend it! Oh, and that her husband no doubt supported her decision - yuck :(

Poor girl. She looks really creepy, especially her eyes, they look huge and fake and weird. I feel really bad for her, she's clearly really insecure and messed up in the head about herself. She was always physically pretty, just not so much on the inside. The funny thing is, I really thought Spencer had a hand in all of this, but she said that Spencer told her not to do it and to go to therapy instead. I never thought I'd say this, but this one time, she SHOULD have listened to Spencer. She definitely needs to see someone for her issues.
Her face literally looks like plastic... it's gross. She can't even smile anymore! She's sick in the head... hope she starts to spend some of that money on psychiatry visits cuz she needs them!!
I used to think she and Spencer were just obnoxious fame whores. Now I think she is just a sad person who should really look into psychiatric help.

Wow, this made me really sad. I'm the same age as Heidi and I can't imagine looking the way she does. She looks much older than 23! She is destroying herself with these surgeries and I am in awe of how her husband and her doctors can be okay with her not loving herself like that. A lot of people focus on how she's really fake and a bad person, but honestly I feel for her. I think she needs some serious help. :(
Oh dear. She's going to be the next Michael Jackson in ten years. Poor girl.
That really makes me sad that she would even do that much to herself at her age!! I thought she looked pretty before and now its just too much to look at!
ok,.... wasted 3 mins of my life watching the video - and her boobs are ridculous for her body frame and had to laugh at it being a "spiritual procedure".
btw, i wouldnt peg her at 23yrs going by the vid - she looks older than 23
