(Closed) Is anyone good with printers and getting them to print the right colour?

Is she using original inks designed for that printer, ie Canon and not an own brand/refill?

@cuddlz88:  The only other thing i can think of to check if she has the correct drivers installed – many drivers will work but if not exactly the right one it can confuse it. Not sure otherwise, good luck!!

It’s possible that you have an RGB printer and she has a CMYK printer. I didn’t do the research because I’m lazy to see what they really are! But if she has 4 ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, black), it will produce a different colour. Just like when you convert a RGB photo to CMYK in Photoshop, it changes the colour slightly. Try creating your document in CMYK and see if that works.
