You can heck out a great website where you can hear the dj at an event, request quotes, see their prices (not always correct) and see what area whether local or they have to travel. This is for all music, bands, dee jays and other musicians.

I plan to book a dj that I met at a wedding last year. His name is Martell and he is fabulous! He is a mobile dj and he said that he is willing to travel to most places within TN and even other areas such as AL, MI, KY, etc.
His music was fabulous and very appropriate for each part of the wedding reception. He also had a good mix of oldies and new music for all guests to enjoy. Plus, his rates are AWESOME.
He jut quoted me no more than $250.00 for 3 - 4 hours and that includes moving from the cocktail reception to the outdoor buffet reception. Plus, he has lighting (strobe lights, smoke, etc.), which would only increase the price to $300.00. If I had not attended a wedding where he was the dj I would have thought it was too good to be true. Oh, and this price includes him arriving on Friday evening, if you prefer, to get a sense of the space, etc. I love this guy.
PM me if you want his contact info.
