My list is not written in stone, but I have considered these songs during the ceremony:
Bridal Processional- Christmas Canon Rock
My entrance - Carol of the Bells (Instrumental: Home for the Holidays, 101 String Orchestra)
I will probably have a few more instrumental Christmas songs mixed into the music while we are eating.
hadn't considered this - could be a cool. all I know is that my aunt will be singing, at least ava maria, at some point. any good resources on finding ceremony music?
we are singing carols as our hymns at our chuch service!
I need help! My wedding is literally 3 days before Christmas so of course I am working some Christmas music into my wedding, but not wanting to go overboard. We're not having a traditional wedding so I am also incorporating String Quartet Tribute songs such as Viva La Vida (Coldplay). So far this is what I have come up with:
Prelude: Crash Into Me-Dave Matthews Band (Instrumental) and Viva La Vida- Coldplay (Instrumental)
Bridal Processional: Carol of the Bells - George Winston
Bride Entrance: the first minute and forty seconds of Christmas Canon Rock
Recessional: (TO BE DETERMINED)
Is it ok to mix all of these together? Any ideas for my Recessional? I was considering a song by the Beach Boys but then thought it wouldn't flow...
I am having a Catholic wedding, so it will be religious type of music. I am having beautiful singers/guitarists. They will play Canon in D, and some other pretty religious songs....they can also play some romantic, non-religious songs, but I have yet to pick them out.
However, at my reception I plan to use Christmas music for the cocktail hour and maybe for the dining hour?

I am!!! Well, only for guests arriving and for MY processional. But the rest of the ceremony music still has a holiday vibe to it. If you're not using Christmas music what are you using?
