@ZebraPrintMe:  they’re a replica company and I know lots of girls here on WB have had amazing luck with them! If you use the search bar to the right you will come up with lots of results. Jasmines Bridal Shop is another good place to check out as well.

I bought mine from Dressily.  I knew I’d be buying a replica dress no matter what because there was no way I could afford something from one of the bridal salons in town.  I totally inherited my dad’s frugal gene, heh.

Anyway, this is the dress I fell in love with on the site:

These are the pictures of the dress I was sent before it was shipped to me:

The front:

The back:

I got it done with custom measurements, so it cost a little bit more than the list price, which I was fine with.  I think they were having a sale when I ordered mine, so it evened out, I think.  Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures of me wearing it because it doesn’t quite fit – a little small right now because I measured myself and knocked off a couple of inches to allow for the weight I’d been losing, but I wasn’t quite there when the dress arrived.  I’m trying it on again in a couple of weeks and I can get some pictures of the fit then.

The dress arrived and I was impressed by the quality – because of what I paid, my expectations weren’t high and so I was pleasantly surprised.  It’s a very well made dress, the embroidery is well done from what I can tell and it doesn’t fit awkwardly or anything like that.

I ordered it on June 19, 2013, it was shipped on July 8, 2013 from Hong Kong and it arrived at my door on July 18, 2013.

I think if you go in without an expectation of perfection, you’ll be pleased with the dress you’ll end up with!

@ZebraPrintMe:  Yes they are definitely a reputable company. A lot of bees are using them instead of Jasmine’s Bridal because Jasmine won’t do custom designs anymore.

If you have exceptionally high standards, I wouldn’t go the replica route because chances are you will be disappointed but the quality of their dresses is pretty darn good for the price that’s for sure.

@angeluscado:  Wow, they did an amazing job. Dress looks great!

@ZebraPrintMe:  I had the same concern, but after searching for Dressilyme reviews/posts on WB, I took the plunge with them. My dress is currently being tailored, but it’s been a smooth transaction so far. From my research, Dressilyme and Jasmine’s were the “best” replica shops.

I bought four bridesmaids dresses from DM and they’re gorgeous. Took about a month, shipping was actually really quick, and the quality was great. We did custom measurements, though they did need a little tailoring when they came (hems and three needed to be taken in).

@ZebraPrintMe:  I just received my dress and it looks and fits amazing.  It’s exactly like the picture plus it is fully lined with a boned corset top.  I am so happy with my purchase and I love that I spent $161 instead of over $800.

@ZebraPrintMe:  I was scared to death to order overseas, but couldn’t find what I wanted in town or nearby. Every dress I fell in love with was discontinued. So I decided to go for it. I ordered it with custom measurements and modified the accessories. Check it out. First is the original, second is my dress on me.

$275 included dress, custom measurements, and shipping to the US
