i was TOTALLY thinking about that earlier too! i hope somebody gives us the answer!
I'm not 100% certain but I would assume the mods can see who did it. In the same way that a website has trouble with trolls it also has trouble when its self-governoring tactics get abused.
I have no idea, but I would assume that it isn't because some flaggers might just flag for the fun of it, so it would be wise to know who the flaggers are in case of hostile flagging.
I don't think it is. I think the mods can see who flags and who was flagged.

So, I was thinking today. When you flag someone, is it totally anonymous or can the mods see who did it?
No particular reason that I'm asking, it was just out of curiosity.
