Is it acceptable to have just one registry?

We are only having about 60 guests. Initially thought of having two registeries, but after one long afternoon in Bed Bath and Beyond where we were both hungry, exhausted, and slightly claustrophobic, we never made it to Macy's, our second intended destination. Neither of us are particularly good in the kitchen or have a knack for decorating, and we both hate shopping :) Didn't have much better luck online either. Everything I see on the Macy's site is either too expensive to be a wedding gift, or we've already selected it for a lower price at BB&B. Is it ok to just stop at one registry and be done with this???

I think one registry, particularly if it's BB&B, is fine.  It's a very convenient place to be registered and, so long as you have enough items your guests will not mind.

I agree with frugal. Also, with 60 guests, one place should be plenty. One of my bridesmaids got married last summer and she only registered at BB&B too - and she had like 100ish guests.  I didn't hear any complaints. :)

I think one registry is plenty especially for the size of the wedding. I'll probably register at two places just because we're inviting so many people!

I think one registry is fine. There is no rule saying you HAVE to register at more than one place. It's your wedding remember :)

I think that's fine especially with the amount of guests you're having.

That's fine. Nearly every wedding I have been to has only had one registry and no one was offended.
