So I have 2 flowers in my wedding so far, white calla lilies and dark purple hydrangeas. I want the bridesmaids to have just calla lillies and my bouquet have both. Only problem is I dont like the look of both flowers together. Is it ok for the maids to have calla lillies and my bouquet just be hydrangea. They will both be present in the center pieces. Has anyone done that before?

Also if I add a third flower (green button mums) and had it in the centerpieces (maybe in the bouquet but probably not) would that be too much?

I think it will be fine. The bouquets dont have to match the centerpieces, and i like the idea of the bride having a different flowers than the BMs.

I am having Calla Lilies and by Bridesmaids are having sunflowers. So I want to say yes it is just fine.

You having Hydrangea only in your bouquet is perfect, ( see youtube Carrie Underwood wedding bouquet. Also, the bridesmaids carrying calla Lillies alone is good too. I would forget about the green button mums. Too much. BunchesBob
