Totally transform? Probably not. Tone up? Definitely! Work it out lady!
Tone up? Yes. I only had 6 weeks before i realized my upper back/shoulders needed some work and was really thrilled with what i had achieved in a month of dedicated weight lifting a few days a week.
If you are diligent about working out, I don't see why it wouldn't be possible! :)
Very possible! Just don't be afraid of the weights and only use 5 lbs or something, because you won't see results that way!
