Weddingbee boards

That I subscribe to Brides magazine?  I've been getting this mag for about 6 months because I found a really awesome deal... and I really didn't think I would still be waiting!

Any other waiting bees subscribe to a wedding mag?

I don't subscribe...yet. But I do buy them every now and again.  Its not weird at all, it's what keeps us going!

@ eileen: ya know I thought he might be freaked by it, but at first I told myself/him that they were for my friend who got engaged last year.  But we discuss what we want in our wedding and ideas that we want to include, so I guess he doesn't think too much of it.  I never really talked to him about anything wedding related until we went ring shopping, and that was 2 years ago.. We've been together for almost 5 years and I guess we both know it will happen eventually.  I'm just prepared for it to happen sooner than later. :D

I subscribe to a couple of them , and whenever I'm out of town, I like to buy the local mags since I can't get them at home.  Also like how some bookstores carry bride mags from other countries. 

Before he unofficially asked me for the first time, I think I'd only bought a bride magazine once in my life.  I'm a musician and do weddings sometimes so I was looking maybe for ideas or advertising stuff....I can't really remember. 

I don't think it's weird at all.  The ideas they have for planning receptions could be used for planning other parties and events.  The accessories could be worn for other occasions.  They have relationship articles.  So why not? 

I think reading them is also helpful for anyone who's going to be a bridesmaid for the first time so they can get a better idea of what really goes on in the planning and preparation. 

Definitely not weird! like KMSull, I've got a load of wedding inspiration pics in my mac- I think it's not that different to having them in a printed magazine! (which would actually be so much more fun )
