@mordantmaxim:  The only way I could see you missing anything is if you’re providing the wine for the kiddush yourself. Otherwise, looks like you have everything!

Your list is really thorough!  The only other items you might add for the “Jewish” portions of the wedding are a bottle of Kosher wine for the ceremony (unless your venue can provide it) and a special challah knife if you have one and will be doing a prayer over the bread before your reception.  If you have a special cake knife that is in your family or that someone gave you, you might also bring that for the cake cutting.

Oh, and don’t forget the marriage license for your rabbi!
