    I think the shape is the right fatness but . . . and forgive me if I’m totally off-base here . . . but is it set crooked? Or is it just a funny angle in the photo?

    I’m not sure if it’s just right. I’m not totally familiar with marquise. I just had to say that when I saw the title I immediately thought “does my setting make my stone look fat?” Made me laugh. Don’t know why. 🙂 But it’s a very beautiful stone!

    @JustLove25:  Ah makes sense.

    To answer your question I personally like your marquise. I am not a fan of marquise diamonds normally because they are so long and thin (and pointy) so yours is perfect.

    I love chubby marquise! I think they are a little softer looking than the super elongated ones and really nice, yours looks fantastic 🙂

    not a big fan of marquise, however, the one you posted looks good, I like that it’s more rounded!  I don’t like it when they are long and thin.

    I love it! I think it’s quite nice!

    I had a marquise the first time around, but it had all regular prongs (hard to see, cell phone pic).

    @Treejewel19:  Seriously took the words right out of my… hands.

    I’m usually not a fan but I really do like your stone.

    I love it! I wouldnt change the prongs, they help it not get snagged on things.
