Get avery labels and all there templates are free on there website. It will take a little time to copy paste addresses and just centering them but its not hard at all as long as you download the proper template and load the paper the right way.

Agreed, the Avery labels are the best!  Once you have them figured out, you can print them all in just a few minutes though…the total project should take about an hour or less.  I’ve done this for all kinds of things!

Save the template on your computer,  you can always add addresses and will make your invitations, thank you cards and holiday card mailing SO MUCH EASIER!!

Yes – Very easy… When you do it in Microsoft Word, you select the brand and product # of the labels you got (there should be instructions with the labels).

My #1 suggestion… Print the addresses out, in the label format, but on a regular piece of paper first.  Put the paper in front of the labels and hold it up to a light.  You should be able to see if/where the addresses are “off.” If any need to be adjusted, do that and then repeat this step.  Once they are lining up correctly, then print on the labels πŸ™‚ I’ve done labels many times and a secretary friend of mine has done the countless times… We both still print on a sheet of paper first as a trial run πŸ™‚

Well I would say 1 minute per label is a good time frame but its all about how computer friendly you are.
