You can download an application called Paintbrush. I have it and you can add text to a picture. I'm not sure how to do it with regular iPhoto (which is actually really annoying, now that I think of it.)

I'd love to add numbers to some of our e-pics and use them as table numbers - but I can't figure out how to edit a .jpg file on my Mac.
Anyone out there know how I can do this?!?
