I've never tried this, but you should be able to use a rotary blade for quilting w/ a "stencil" I do something similar for paper, so maybe quilting supplies could help
i think there may be a circular template or perhaps a fabric rotary cutter. i know that there is a circular paper cutter for scrapbookers....

You could do it the way Poodle did in her tutorial. She cut out a square, fold it in half, and then in half again. Cut a curve on the raw edges, open up, and there ya go!

so is there sone kind of tool that can cut circles from fabric quickly??
