@MrsJellybean227: At first, I was hesitant to order for a dress at therose because of the reviews I have read.  But the reviews are pretty mixed up, there are some who are unsatified while some are happy and content. And so, I gave it a try because my mom just love the dress she've found at therose's site. A day after I submitted the order, I received an email that my order was on hold and so, I sought for a customer service assistance to explain things to me and to get help as well. I was informed that the reason my order was put on hold was because of the event date that we require the dress to get to our home was not sufficient to order the dress to the designer and cover the shipping days of the shipping I have chosen. So in order to lift the hold to my order, the customer service representative at chat and I did some sort of negotiation. She first ask to have the event date pushed back, but I can't as it is needed to arrive that date which is just three days before the actual event. I just gave a few gap in between so my mom will have time to alter the dress if needed. 'Til she suggested to upgrade shipping we are able to find solution to my dilemma. Few days after, I received the dress and gave it to my mom when I come home to Tampa. She was like a child who was happy to receive her christmas present. I, myself, can judge that therose is a reliable company and I recommend this site to all women out there!
