Weddingbee boards

i'm giving my bridesmaids matching pink pearl earrings and necklaces to wear in the wedding but the quality is not very good (ok, but slightly shoddy if you look closely), and i don't think that pink pearls are everyone's style anyway, so i want to do something extra that will actually be something they like.

i recently got myself an earring "tree" from etsy - it's made of copper wire, it's kind of a spiral with wire loops, and i use it to hang all my earrings, and i think it's really pretty - definitely cooler than keeping them in a jewelry box. 2 of my bridesmaids have complimented it. does this sound like a good gift idea? too practical? too specific to my taste? if i give them their jewelry, an earring tree, and a framed picture of me with each bridesmaid (each bridesmaid gets one picture), is that enough? too much?
