Do you have any pictures of the colors to get a better idea?
Not really of the necklaces...they are made by an Etsy designer so I don't have them in hand to take better pictures. This necklace is Gray & cream with black crystals. My colors are pewter and purple. All my girls like unusual pearl necklaces, which is why I thought of these as gifts as well as they can wear at the wedding (if they choose)
My colors for the wedding are these (but I hate matchy matchy)
Purple fabric is MoH dress and gray is the bridesmaid dresses
& 
I can't see a pic of the silver necklace. What color are the girls' dresses? I would go with a necklace of the opposite color.
I think the purple is better, that is what I want, and I would be more likely to wear it again if it was that color.
The silver necklace didn't show up!
But based on colors alone, I would go with the grey, cream & black necklace. It's more versatile!
When in doubt, always go with neutrals for accessories! I second the grey/cream/black option!

Do the earrings coming with the necklace? I love the silver necklace, but I'm not usually for matching earrings.
It's still a fab gift because your BMs can choose to wear the set apart or together!
Yes the earrings and necklace are a set that the designer is doing for I think like $20 to $30 each set.
I think its nice. I read your earlier post and wanted to put my two cents in. I think they will be super cute for the wedding and will go with everything but I am a believer that the brdiemaid gifts shouldnt be something for the wedding. If you get something not geared for the wedding I think it will be more personal and more enjoyable for your bridesmaids, just my opinion.

How about grey necklace for your MOH in purple dress; and purple necklaces for your BMs in grey dress? Just to play it up. :)
Or, I'd do everyone in grey necklaces.
Go gray! So classic, very wearable... and if you have a purple theme going on, gray co-ordinates beautifully.
i also loved the grey more than the purple (although the purple was lovely also)
Tough call...they're both gorgeous and either would go, but I kind of like the idea of the purple necklace with the pewter dresses, and vice versa.

Is it just the color? These were the other colors I was going for. This necklace is gray, dark gray and cream pearls with black crystals between.
Versus:
This one is purple, cream and pink pearls with lavendar crystals between.
