We are doing a total DIY Wedding and my step mom and I are making the food a few days before the wedding. I can’t decide if I like this menu, is it enough food and choices for under 60 people? Should I just give up on it and go with a total dessert bar? It has to be easily transportable and nothing heated…

Oh and our drinks are some sort of juice or punch and Diet coke and regular coke…
So is all of this enough options?

I think you should keep it as well. You have just enough variety 🙂

I think it all looks great…only thing that I could think to add might be a pasta salad (for those who don’t really care for potato salad) which would be pretty easy to make and transfer and wouldn’t need to be heated:)

@mg1363: I thought about that. Do you have an easy, cheap, diy recipe?

Oh my, I had this pasta salad once that was so good. Tortellini with an Italian dressing and just a BUNCH of vegetables- cherry tomatoes, asparagus spears, all kinds of stuff- though you could adjust the vegetables to your liking. It was AMAZING! And it tasted just as good cold as at room temperature.
And by the way I’d be totally happy to eat all of this at a wedding. It all sounds delicious.
